Flexi-Pak’s linear pot filling machines are designed and built to the highest standards, using the latest technology and components. All our linear pot filling machines are fully manufactured in stainless steel and can operate at speeds up to 50 cycles / minute, (subject to product type, viscosity and heat sealing parameters).

Linear pot filling machines can be supplied up to 6 lanes wide and can be fitted with either a single index or a duel index drive option, making size changeovers faster and easier. The machine drive can also be supplied as either a continuous motion or an index / dwell drive depending on our customer requirements and specifications.

Multiple filling options can be accommodated; e.g. wet, dry, viscous, liquids, powders etc, as well as CIP – Clean in Place.

Filling nozzles are designed to be quick-release to keep machine downtime to a minimum, when making product changeovers. Product recipes can be easily stored on the machine HMI touch screen for instant recall. New recipes are easy to install. Modems are fitted to allow our engineers remote access.

Flexi-Pak’s linear pot filling machines can be supplied with a number of options to include: Bulk Container Loading, Reel Feed Assembly using roll stock material, MAP-F Gas Flushing, Hopper Agitator for particulates, Hopper Level Probe and different outfeed conveyor configurations. Flexi-Pak can also supply an End of Line Packing system to assist with downstream packing of pots into boxes / pallets.
