Flexi-Pak design and build a full range of carton erectors and sealers. Fully manufactured in stainless steel, Flexi-Pak’s carton erectors are servo operated
and do not require any change parts.
Size changeovers can be carried out in less than 5 minutes.
Twin vacuum assist arms are fitted to open the carton more easily.
All carton sizes can be stored on the HMI touch screen as recipes for instant recall, providing very fast, easy size changeovers.
A common datum point is used for all carton sizes. Either Glued or Taped type carton options can be used.
Maximum Carton Size: 300mm x 230mm x 110mm deep.
Minimum Carton Size: 200mm x 130mm x 60mm deep.
Hygienic design and open construction make Flexi-Pak carton erectors and sealers very easy to clean, helping to keep production downtime to a minimum.
