Flexi-Pak’s rotary pot filling machines are designed and built to the highest standards, using the latest technology and components. Our rotary pot filling machines can be supplied in either an 8 station layout or a 12 station layout, depending on our customers requirements and specifications. 

All our rotary pot filling machines are fully manufactured in stainless steel and can operate at speeds up to 50 cycles/minute, (subject to product type, viscosity and heat sealing parameters).

Our quick-release “no tools” change parts can be exchanged in less than 5 minutes.

Multiple filling options can be accommodated; e.g. wet, dry, viscous, liquids, powders etc, as well as CIP – Clean in Place.

Filling nozzles are designed to be quick-release to keep machine downtime to a minimum, when making product changeovers.

Product recipes can be easily stored on the machine HMI touch screen for instant recall. New recipes are easy to install. Modems are fitted to allow our engineers remote access.

Flexi-Pak’s rotary pot filling machines can be supplied with a number of options to include: Bulk Container Loading, up to 3 volumetric filling stations, Reel Feed Assembly using roll stock material, MAP-F Gas Flushing, Hopper Agitator for particulates, Hopper Level Probe and different outfeed conveyor configurations. Flexi-Pak can also supply an End of Line Packing system to assist with downstream packing of the pots into boxes / pallets.
